Robert Foster is currently President of Coldwell Banker's Greater Los Angeles Company, which extends from Long Beach in the south to Santa Barbara in the north. Mr. Foster supervises the day-to-day operations of the Company that includes 38 offices and over 2,000 sales associates. Prior to being named President of Coldwell Banker Greater Los Angeles, Mr. Foster served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Southwest Region, where he was instrumental in leading the corporate Hub operations. Mr. Foster has been involved in residential real estate for over 30 years. His career in real estate started as a sales associate where he was quickly recognized as a top producing sales associate. After only three years in sales, Mr. Foster was promoted to the position of branch manager. In 1983, Mr. Foster was promoted to General Manager and Vice President of a San Francisco-based regional real estate company. This same year Mr. Foster was named "Manager of the Year." In 1985 the San Francisco brokerage was acquired by Merrill Lynch Realty and in the same year Mr. Foster was awarded the prestigious "Society of Excellence" award by Merrill Lynch. This award was presented, at the time, to the top 10 managers in the nation. In 1986, Mr. Foster was promoted to the position of Vice President and Marketing Director for Merrill Lynch Realty, Western Region. As Vice President of marketing, Mr. Foster was charged with the coordination and management of Merrill Lynch Realty's marketing efforts within the western United States. In 1988, Mr. Foster was promoted to President of the Los Angeles-Orange County region for Merrill Lynch Realty.

In 1991, Mr. Foster was a founding partner of RML Realty, d.b.a. The Prudential California Realty, which purchased and operated the approximately 74 residential real estate offices within the state of California formerly owned and operated by Merrill Lynch Realty.

In 1992, Mr. Foster was promoted to Sr. Vice President of Administration and appointed CorporateBroker. In this same year, Mr. Foster collaborated to form a successful, never before realized system of risk management and case management for residential real estate litigation.

In 1995, RML Realty and Jon Douglas Company merged to form Jon Douglas Real Estate Service Group, Inc. Mr. Foster was appointed Sr. Vice President and Corporate Broker for the newly merged entities and as such was directly responsible for supervising 3,500 sales agents participating in some 40,000 residential real estate transactions annually.

Mr. Foster is an alumnus of the University of California at Los Angeles, has taught real estate principles and practices on the college level, has frequently lectured on real estate subjects throughout the State, and has been a featured speaker for the Chase Manhattan Bank's "Insight 90's A Chase Speaker Series".

Mr. Foster has been a member of some 54 Boards of Realtors within the state of California and has been instrumental in the development of many of the forms being used by the residential real estate industry today.

Mr. Foster is also active in numerous community activities having been past president of several youth organizations and educational support groups, is the past Chairman for the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation and currently is a member of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Conservancy.

Mr. Foster served as a member of the United States Naval Air Reserve and is also a licensed pilot, licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration to fly single engine land aircraft.
